Any order issues must be communicated to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel your order due to a change of mind you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
If upon receiving your order if you find an item to be faulty or damaged please contact us and we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. We will ask you to return it using a trackable shipping method (please retain the tracking number). Once received and inspected we will process your return excluding any shipping costs.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.
-Incorrect or Incomplete Address
-Failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe
If you don't agree to pay for the return postage costs, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
